Rob Gary CEO
Growing up with privilege and, as my dad would say, a lot of luck, taught me to always be thankful and appreciate the gifts we are given. It also led me to feel strongly about how I wanted to show up in the world and make my own mark, understanding that it came with supports that so many others don’t have. Whether it was working as a ski patroller or guiding a tour in the backcountry mountains outside Crested Butte, I knew my future would include adventure, risk, hard work, and a sense of purpose that could only be fully actualized with the partnership of a strong and trusted team. At HayCamp, I work with that team to create companies that care about the values that have driven me, including family, giving back, taking risks, and leaving this place better than we found it. Whether that is supporting new companies that are committed to becoming a B Corp or creating a plan to revive the soil of mismanaged land, we work best when we work together and hold a shared vision of a future for not only our own families, but families across Colorado.
Krissy Kennedy COO
Nearly Native, I grew up in the mountains of Colorado and never found a draw strong enough to pull me away. I’ve always appreciated the ebb and flow of seasons with endless opportunities to find joy in simple things. From toasting to spring when I see the first seedling break ground to roasting chilis with friends on a crisp fall evening, each season brings something different. At HayCamp, with each “change of the season” we see opportunities to build greater connection in community, use innovation to solve impossible challenges, inspire a new generation of young practitioners, and always mark the simple moments along the way.

Director of Operations
Like most kids raised in the dirt, by the time I left home, I was searching for new experiences and exciting opportunities. I soon learned that education comes in many forms, but the lasting lessons in my life were learned on the ground, at the job, and in real time. People say, “it is time for a change”, but in my experience “change” proves too hard for some, and unimaginable for most. I believe, “it is time for a Shift” is a more realistic action statement. Small movements toward your goal will oftentimes carry you there, when change leaves you stalled-out along the way. This is where we at HayCamp Companies find our footing. Small deeds, done in big ways, that serve to “shift” our possibilities.

Administration
As someone who grew up in Denver and had the opportunity to explore the beautiful state of Colorado, I have always had a deep appreciation for the land and enjoy being outdoors as much as possible with my family.
Joining HayCamp has been an incredible opportunity. It has given me the chance to continue expanding my knowledge and contribute to the betterment of Colorado's agricultural communities. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a company that not only values the importance of agriculture but also actively works towards finding innovative ways to support and uplift local farmers.

RoSella Farm Hand
Growing up in and around Agriculture, I am proud to be a part of HayCamp Companies for the opportunity it provides. Starting from the ground up on the RoSella Project, has allowed me to develop and learn in a dynamic environment. From bee keeping, to field science, and everything in between, I am looking forward to growing with the property and the Team.
